The ‘Dak-Bam’ is a special type of kanwaria which has a time limit. The dak-bams are usually between the ages of 15 and 30. The dak-bams are required to move fast. In order to achieve this, they have to start their training fifteen days before the day of the ‘Dak-Bam’.
